Have you ever eaten a taco so good it sends you into another time zone? Buckle up. We’re taking you and your taste buds on a full-blown international joyride, no passport required.

Our final destination brings the high-energy, flavor-forward vibes of Asia. Inspired by the sizzling street markets of Thailand, South Korea, and Vietnam, these tacos are where sweet, spicy, and umami collide.

Map with flight path connecting shrimp curry in Bangkok, pork belly in Ho Chi Minh, and Korean BBQ in Seoul. Background is a vintage map.

Shrimp Curry (Bangkok, Thailand)

Curry on a taco? Yeah, we went there. Grilled shrimp, seared snap peas, slaw, scallions. It's like a Thai night market wrapped in a tortilla.

Pair it with: Cucumber Cilantro Margarita - Tequila, triplum, cucumber, lime, cilantro. Green, clean and good AF.

Korean BBQ (Seoul, South Korea)

Sweet, savory, and saucy in all the right ways. Inspired by Korean bulgogi and street-side barbecue joints, this one's got thin-sliced beef, sticky Korean BBQ sauce, and crispy slaw for the crunch.

Barbecue meets bourbon and things get serious. Pair it with: The Prospector - Jim Beam Black, blackberry liqueur, smoked honey syrup, lemon.

Pork Belly (Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam)

Bánh mì’s rebellious cousin. Crispy pork belly, pickled veggies, garlic aioli, scallions. A nod to the Vietnamese sandwich with extra attitude, ditching the baguette for a tortilla built to party.

Bring the heat with the Piña de Fuego – Mezcal, reposado tequila, pineapple, agave. Smoky, topical, slightly dangerous.
